• “Orders” means a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

• “You” means the individual accessing the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

BuyClassicRecords.com currently ships to only addresses within the 50 U.S. states and UK.  More countries will be added eventually.

We ship all orders quickly and securely so your records arrive safe and sound. Every LP is carefully packed in protective vinyl mailers to ensure it reaches you in the same condition it left us.

United States

• All orders ship from the US.

• We use reliable shipping services with tracking included.

• Delivery times are usually 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

• If you’re looking to buy hip hop vinyl online in the US, we’ve got fast and safe delivery straight to your door.

United Kingdom

• We also ship hip hop vinyl records directly to the UK.

• Orders under £135 (including shipping) are subject to a 20% VAT charge at checkout, as required by UK law.

• Orders over £135 (including shipping) may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival, which are the buyer’s responsibility.

• Shipping times to the UK are typically 7–10 business days.

• Collectors searching for rare hip hop vinyl in the UK can order with confidence knowing we handle the VAT for orders under £135.

General Info

• Tracking numbers are provided for all shipments.

• Records are packed securely with stiffeners and padding to prevent damage in transit.

• If you’re ordering multiple records, we’ll combine shipping whenever possible to save you money.

We know how important condition is for collectors of original hip hop vinyl LPs, so we take shipping seriously. Whether you’re in the US or the UK, you can count on safe delivery from our hip hop record store to your turntable.

All Orders are normally shipped on 1 - 3 business days after the order is placed.  In the event of delay of shipment, we will inform.   This depends on how quick your payment is confirmed.

Orders are not shipped on United States weekends or holidays.  This is a list of 2025 holidays:

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.  Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.  If there will be a delay in shipment of Your Order, we will contact You via email.

Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• United States of America: Shipping method is USPS Ground Advantage™: Flat rate cost: $5.00. Estimated delivery time: 3-5 business days.
• United Kingdom: Shipping method is UPS Worldwide Expedited®: Flat rate cost: £29.80 + 20% VAT (orders under £135.00, including shipping). Estimated delivery time: 7-10 business days.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur, especially during holiday or weather inclement season, as examples.

BuyClassicRecords.com ships to P.O. Boxes.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

United Kingdom only:  BuyClassicRecords.com is responsible for VAT (20% for orders under £135.00 including shipping) and this will be charged at Checkout.  For orders over £135.00 (including shipping), all fees imposed by the carrier during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, VAT).

BuyClassicRecords.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. BuyClassicRecords.com will do our best to ship Your Order in the most protective packaging possible with a “Fragile” label. We use the following method of packaging for all of Your Orders. We can provide a video showing the condition of Your Order right before packing it for shipping. The video will be available in your account.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
